Progov Solutions is lead by Mr. Nikhil Dikshit who is a qualified engineer and interior designer. Nikhil has more than 20 years of experience in property redevelopment and development projects in Mumbai. His architecture firm, Shilp associates, has till date proficiently worked upon many architectural projects and has successfully handled management of some large-scale real estate projects in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India.

Nikhil is an Associate of The Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA) and a member to the Panel of Consulting Architects for Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).

M.Tech Structural Engineering, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee – University of Stuttgart, Germany. Madhav has more than 12 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering and infrastructure projects in project management, Engineering design, financial and strategy planning from Middle east and India. Madhav has done research on Cable Stayed Bridges and also has international publications of the same. Madhav is 3rd generation partner in Civil Construction Contracting firm  Bhagwat Dabholkar Construction. He also leads Nuesch Development India Pvt Ltd , a Swiss Sustainable Development organization,  as CEO of India operations.

An architect by education, Vilas has worked with renowned architecture firms and construction companies in the early years of his career. Having decades of experience in architectural planning, he was a member of architects’ panel that constituted ‘Slum Rehabilitation Scheme’ for the State of Maharashtra, India. He has also contributed to the Government policy for building free houses to slum dwellers in Mumbai.

Vilas is an Associate member of Council of Architecture (ACA) and The Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA). He is also a member of Panel of consulting Architect for MHADA.

Pradeep has completed his Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Mumbai. He is a certified Project Manager in Smart Cities from Gujarat University. He is currently pursuing Post Graduation Diploma in Urban Planning and Development. Pradeep has more than eight years of experience in Real estate development strategy and acquisitions, valuation and consulting, market research and fund raising advisory. Pradeep has one year of NBFC industry experience, and about three year exposure in a real estate entrepreneurial start-up venture. Pradeep has successfully raised INR 15000 million for real estate developers and has closed more than five transactions valuing more than INR 9000 million.

In the research hat, his responsibilities were to analyse and identify companies which look potentially good for investment and also forecast the future trends in the market.In his start-up venture, he has worked with clients ranging from government, banks, developers andlogistics.

Prajakta has completed her Masters of Architecture and is now pursuing Doctorate in Sustainable Urban Development of Indian Cities. She started her career with her father Vilas Dikshit as an Architect and has been associated with Shilp associates for about 10 years.

She has also published her papers in many International and National conferences. Along with her professional practice she also contributes to architectural training in India.

Commerce Graduate with 21 years of rich experience with Bank of America NA and with Edelweiss. He is excellent in analytical ability and quick at identifying the root cause of the problem. His extensive coordination & Experience has enabled and developed Bird’s Eye View towards overall operations in Banking Sector.

An Architect from L. S. Raheja School of Architecture Mumbai, Jitendra has more than 25 years of professional experience in Architecture Design & Planning in Real Estate with Interior Design as an additional forte.

Having gained more than 10 years of experience with the top most developers in the city, managing their in house Architectural department by playing major role in planning, coordination with the foreign consultants and timely completion of the projects and helping Business Development Department for identifying projects and working out the maximum potential from the project is also his core competency.

Jitendra is a member of Council of Architecture (COA), PEATA and Indian Institute of Architects (IIA)

Masters in Marketing Management and M.Sc.( BioChemistry ) from Mumbai University. Ravindra has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in various industries like Clinical Diagnostics, BioTech Research, Foods, Vaccine - Pharma Manufacturing and Automobile.

Ravindra has experience of working with conglomerates such as the Life Technologies, Applied Biosystems - LABINDIA, Transasia Bio Medicals pvt. Ltd, Nicholas Piramal, Roche - Boehringer Mannheim.
