Steps Involved In Self Redevelopment

1. Checklist of documents required from Society (Any problem in acquiring these documents, contact Progov)

  • Property Card,
  • CTS Plan
  • 7/12 Extract
  • DP / TP
  • Copy of Conveyance if obtained
  • Existing Approved Plans
  • Existing carpet area statement
  • OC if obtained
  • Existing physical survey of the Plot
  • Cess Category Certificate (If any)
  • Committee Resolution for Self Redevelopment
  • Copy of Assessment Certificate (Property Tax)

2. Consent from all the members for self-redevelopment
3. Appointment of stakeholder manager
4. Self Redevelopment evaluation / feasibility report from Progov / Stakeholder manager
5. Preparation of detail project report for submission to bank / FI
6. Approval from financial institute for loan
7. MOU with Society & Bank / FI with final offer
8. Consensus of Society, Bank & Stakeholder manager on Proposed Plans
9. Appointment of all consultants
10. Submission of Proposed Plans for Approval to MHADA / MCGM
11. Owners to vacate flats and commencement of construction after receiving IOD
12. Repayment of bank loan through sale of inventory
13. Construction complete, OC received
14. Handover of flats
