Here we evaluate the project based on existing available credentials of the Society.
Once the Committee is convinced with Benefits of Self-Redevelopment upon basic evaluation, we help the Committee to obtain basic documents of society to get clarity on further processes.
Once basic set of latest documents are available, we perform detailed technical due diligence to define specific processes as obtained from Compliances to identify various stakeholders involved in the process in order to define and mitigate project risks from the beginning of the project.
Once the TDD is finalised based on actual credentials of the society plot and existing members areas, we do financial feasibility study along with proposed cash flow modelling to reflect various costs and revenues in the project process. Here society will get to understand their benefits by adopting to Self-Redevelopment framework.
As a stake holder manager we hand hold the Society throughout the process of redevelopment to smoothen the process by reducing risks to maximize benefits. We do a complete structuring of the project to balance technical and financial sides from execution perspective.
